Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity in IT? We are currently seeking skilled IT Professional to join our team. As a Senior member of the team, you will be part of a dedicated team working on a specific portfolio. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners and driving improvements with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand complex requirements and translate them into IT solution deliverables, with specific emphasis on Transport functions/processes.
  • Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions within agreed timeframes and budgets, working alongside a team of analysts.
  • Proactively support and resolve IT problems and incidents impacting the portfolio, with a focus on preventing future occurrences.
  • Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our IT solutions, ensuring alignment with regional and global directives.
  • Take accountability for IT account management functions, effectively managing IT resources and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
