About the Role:
In this position, you will ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free IT experience for our employees. Your responsibilities include coordinating technical support activities as the service desk dispatcher and enhancing IT support services and processes. You will provide second-line technical support and step in for first-line support when necessary.
You will manage and administer IT support software, work with the security team on device management strategies, which includes managing both on-premises and virtual systems/software. This position requires engagement in a wide range of IT projects from business development to improving the IT environment.
As a person you are service minded and a team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues to improve the support quality. You thrive in mentoring others, especially Junior IT Technicians, and building an educational program within the IT field.
The role might require occasional international travelling to other Optinova sites.
Krav för tjänsten
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of IT support processes and systems.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining AD DS and Microsoft 365 Entra.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively improve IT services.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
