Main responsibilities of the role?
Deliver clinical pharmacy services to speciality areas, including: critical care, encompassing protocol development, delivery and assurance, prescription monitoring etc.
To provide a safe and patient-focused clinical pharmacy service to patients, staff, and practitioners, undertaking medicines reconciliation and assessing pharmaceutical care needs

They report to the lead Clinical Pharmacist/Deputy Head of Pharmacy

Shift Patterns? Full time/part time?
Full time, 37.5 Hours per week. Mon-Fri, 8am -8pm. Intermittent weekends (1 in 5)
1 in 5 for on call. Done over the course of a week. You’ll be given a phone
They’ll call you for emergencies. Very rare that you’d be called into the hospital. You’d be paid additionally for this.
