- Several years of experience in B2B sales as well as initial experience in leading (sales) employees
- Communication skills, assertiveness, and fulfilling a role model function
- C2 level of English

Responsibilities:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of a sales team for the UK & Europe-region (approximately 3-4 people)
- Taking over one’s own area of responsibility (personnel as well as on a project level) including monitoring and steering
- Structural and conceptual development of strategies in the area of seal sales
- Proactive marketing of seal licenses and responsibility for sales processes with customers at all levels and from various industries in the UK- and Europe-region
- Project management (responsibility for sales projects, e.g., regarding sales or communication materials)
- Collaboration and coordination with cooperation and media partners
