Simulation of mechanical interactions, ensuring all requirements are considered and to allow visualisation of motion paths and supporting the modelling of mechanical load cases (push/pull, head impact, vibration, NVH).
Designing interfaces to support and protect sensitive display panels in accordance with the guidelines from the supplier of the panel and design to meet NVH operational sound quality targets.
Integrate motors, sensors and other hardware to support the error-free deployment of displays and manage design verification test plans, including detailed planning of test and development stages through to sign off and support engineering test teams with rectification of issues.
Support the planning, co-ordination, delivery and reporting of requirements to support programmes and Cycle Plan studies, using our Product Creation Delivery System (PCDS) in conjunction with Agile methodologies.
