POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst – Labor Management is primarily responsible for supporting +2,200 retail stores with effective labor systems and timely support to ensure stores are optimizing labor and staffing resources to achieve financial and operational goals. This position plays a critical role in leveraging a combination of systems, reporting, and education, to improve store-level performance and profitability. Successful individuals in this role must be able to translate system usage and reporting visibility into a real-world understanding of the benefits to the stores and overall business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Acts as the BSRO business owner for the Dayforce workforce management system and ensures configuration and data feeds are updated and maintained to support business needs
  • Creates, maintains, and enhances field and store-level reporting for labor and productivity
  • Establishes effective training and communication methods and materials related to labor efficiency and workforce system usage and conducts routine training sessions for Field leaders
  • Represents the Labor Team as the main point of contact for questions and support for stores and field leadership
  • Provides cross-functional support to dependent departments with labor and productivity data, analysis, and education/insight
  • Supports the broader Store Operations team by providing project management leadership and support with projects and strategic initiatives
