Senior Landscape Architect

RESPONSIBILITY

You will play an important role in:

• Leading several landscape projects creatively from concept to construction
• Designing and delivering a range of landscape projects internationally with a track record
• Designing and managing landscape architecture projects and teams
• Developing, modifying and reviewing drawings for landscape architecture projects
• Demonstrating creative thinking abilities and contributing to firm-wide design excellence and problem solving
• Demonstrating understanding of the relationship between design and constructability
• Incorporating integrated sustainable design solutions into projects
• Participating in managing client relationships and representing Company Brand when meeting with clients and other consultants

To succeed in this role, we will need you to be:

• A holder of Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture
• Experienced in relevant industry for a minimum of 5 years withproficiency in design
• Excellent in graphics, strong at design and skillful in communicating effectively
• Experienced in Resort / Urban design
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up, Enscape and MS Office
• Experienced in working overseas or in an international environment would be an advantage
• Responsible, mature, self-motivated, resourceful, a team player and possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
