EXPERIENCE

As the successful candidate, you will be a 4 – 7 PQE Corporate lawyer, with ECM experience or a demonstrated desire to learn. You will value working in a supportive team environment and uphold strong technical skills, a genuine client focus and a keen interest in pursuing your career in this area.

We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Senior Associate to join our Equity Capital Markets team in Brisbane. Working closely with the team’s energetic, technically excellent, and highly respected partners, you will lead transactions across an array of high-quality matters including public and private capital raisings, M&A (including takeovers and schemes of arrangement), IPOs and general governance and corporate matters. You will act for a diverse client base including multinational corporations, ASX-listed companies and early-stage businesses with high growth potential, spanning technology, telecommunications, life sciences, financial services and fintech, and other cutting-edge industries.
