Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Support experience including ITIL framework and application production support.
  • 5+ years Product Owner experience and/or certification, which includes gathering user/business requirements and translating them into user stories, and backlog management skills.
  • Experience with one or more Intelligent Automation tools: UiPath/RPA, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Alfresco Lightweight Workflow, Microsoft Power BI
  • Business Command Center and Automation Success Management experience with a solid foundation in utilization and advancement of tools and processes designed and utilized within Wells Fargo and/or across the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to take complex business and technology problems, effectively communicate and bring teams to consensus through collaborative architecture and design in a virtual matrixed environment.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity.
  • Knowledgeable about technology development lifecycle and agile methodology (Scaled Agile)
  • Knowledge and understanding of Robotic Process Automation and related tools such as UI Path, MS Power Platform and KTA.
  • Prior experience in JIRA and Confluence

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a liaison between our Business Executors and technology partners by facilitating the delivery of critical maintenance and enhancements request of automations solutions and act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Have the ability to wear multiple hats from business support to product owner and remain flexible as focus and priorities shift.
  • Work directly with subject matter experts within the lines of business to fully comprehend business processes and translate those processes into clear and concise user stories, create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
