Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, Branch Banking Role Enablement Lead to develop and influence initiatives that promote performance enablement for branch banking platform job roles inclusive of Branch Manager, Relationship Banker, Premier Banker, Small Business Banker and Personal Banker. This individual is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to ensure unified branch banking role strategy & enablement, developing and implementing tailored strategies with corresponding roadmaps to define and enabling a highly productive and engaged workforce. Acting as an advisor within National Advice & Acquisition to senior leadership, this individual will develop materials and create routines with senior leaders to consult on business decisions, resolve issues and keep leaders informed on progress of strategic initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to branch banking platform job roles that require strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of branch banking, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business strategies that are large scale, cross organizational and advance branch banking platform job roles
- With a forward-looking planning process and clear vision and direction, lead business growth strategies requiring in-depth evaluation including evolving branch banking platform job roles to align with industry trends and macroeconomic environment
- Identify potential risks when implementing change and provide corresponding mitigation strategies and plans
- Analyze and leverage in-depth horizontal view ensure cohesiveness among branch roles by consulting and facilitating cross functional meetings with key stakeholders including National Advice and Acquisition, National Branch Network, Finance, HR, Employee Relations, Affluent, Small Business, Legal, risk compliance & control, and other partner groups to plan, prepare, execute, and implement changes, influence outcomes and drive results
- Lead steering committees to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of senior leadership to drive performance and initiatives, communicate priorities and key deliverables, and develop presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
