Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to Identify opportunities for and drive strategic process improvement and simplification initiatives for the business with moderate to high complexity and visibility.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership for implementing innovative and significant business process improvement solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Interpret, map, reimagine and pilot procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of process improvement programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in Home Lending and develop business cases that drive tangible / measurable efficiency gains - and once initiatives are implemented, ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
