Responsibilities:

THE SENIOR BD MANAGER CREATORY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Manage and optimise our core platform’s operations to ensure highest standards of delivery
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Accounts from Commercial team to identify pricing strategies and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • You will be responsible for identifying and negotiating Key strategic partnerships with influencer agencies and channel partners to drive incremental revenue
  • Develop a growth strategy for Tier 1 & 2 affiliates, based on the strategic direction set
  • Be a win-win negotiator; ensure the best affiliate deals and contracts are being offered and proactively negotiate and optimize current deals with large affiliates.
  • Champion the use of data; regularly analyze, review and monitor affiliate deals and performance in terms of cost and player value.
  • Collaborate with the internal operational and creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers and support them with any training and development needs.
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our key partners, providing them with trustworthy and valuable feedback to ensure we’re setting them up for success.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and partners in the region to be a trusted industry expert
  • Grow partner revenue through optimization and new business strategies to increase the distribution network of the group

IN THIS ROLE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • 10+ years in Business Development, Partnership or B2B customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with web affiliate, social media, online advertising, or ecommerce environments
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Can identify operational and commercial risks and communicate them effectively
  • You are an excellent oral and written communicator
  • You possess an analytical approach to business development, leveraging data to drive decisions
  • You are highly organized and have the ability to work closely and constructively with external partners
  • You’re particularly adept at developing operational efficiencies and processes and building strong, one-to-one relationship
