Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Data Product Management Consultant in Consumer Data Portfolio Management as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking. You will report to the Consumer Data Product (CDP) Portfolio Manager. This role will focus on supporting initiatives and assisting in portfolio management activities.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence strategies, objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex data platforms and utilities across multiple groups and functions
  • Create and maintain highly complex data product roadmaps throughout the data product lifecycle with detailed specifications, requirements, and flows for data capabilities
  • Design and maintain innovative data products, enabling data availability for data intelligence, analytics, and reporting
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant data product solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or companywide strategies
  • Support execution of business plans that support the implementation of the data and product strategy
  • Ensure function meets strategic objectives and manage against proposed timelines/project plans
  • Support development of presentations to senior leaders, executives, audit, and regulatory agencies
  • Facilitate conversations with Executives to align on strategic business priorities, decisions, and approach
  • Support ad-hoc specialty projects, including assessment, planning, and execution
