OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree within Power electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields
  • +5 years of experience within design engineering
  • Experience within Technical Project Management is a plus
  • Experience with IEC62477
  • Experience and proven record in handling D-FMEA in design projects
  • Customer oriented
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
    Your location will be our office in Ikast or Hammel. 10-20 travel days per year should be expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all technical aspects of the products.
  • Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development, test and system interface.
  • Instruct and guide the team of engineers through the development, implementation, integration and test stages and secure review of the completed work.
  • Instruct and guide the project team in following the correct technical procedures, policies and documentation requirements for the specific project.
  • Being the technical interface towards the customer together with the System Manager/Senior Specialist.
  • Accountable for Technical risk management (D-FMEA) is maintained and communicated to internal and external stakeholder
  • Participate in external tests and FAI’s with customer
  • Ensure achieved knowledge is transferred and implemented as procedure for all new projects.
  • Accountable for NPD deliverables follow the KK quality standards
  • Responsible for coordinating resource requirements with the project manager
  • Participate in making quotes for customer including making 3-point estimate, BOM’s and time plans.
  • Ensure change management is maintained throughout the whole project
  • Ensuring early involvement of NPI and DfX is implemented in documentation package towards NPI
  • Leads the implementation of new tools to improve NPD phase
