Description:

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental studies, sustainability, or related field
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies, preferably in manufacturing
  • Speak and write Danish and English fluently
  • Knowledge of SDGs, Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and carbon footprint measurement
  • Familiarity with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) preferred
  • Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in global organizations
  • In-depth knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards
  • Willingness to travel domestically across different sites as required

Responsibilities:

  • Align and support global HSE strategy while developing local initiatives for consistent implementation across all locations
  • Participate in Global HSE meetings to ensure alignment and share best practices
  • Collaborate with Factory Management, AMO, and stakeholders to ensure high HSE standards.
  • Prepare HSE reports on key performance indicators, incidents, and trends
  • Conduct risk assessments and optimize safety measures to promote a secure working environment
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
  • Ensure Incident Management follows global HSE policy with strong site support
  • Support training departments with HSE training materials and processes to implement global programs.
  • Perform local and global HSE audits
  • Approve chemicals, support Chemical Risk Assessment, and drive system implementation (Intersolia)
  • Develop and initiate Monthly Safety Events and identify Safety Walk topics and track performance
