About this role:

  • Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant (Home Lending Profitability Initiatives Analysis) within the Home Lending Profitability Initiatives team. This role will be responsible for leading analysis and monitoring of services and related expenses aligned to Home Lending from internal Wells Fargo Service Provider functions. In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
  • Gather information to understand Home Lending’s Service Provider expense base represented in Indirect Non-Interest Expense allocations. Includes collaboration with key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive research, understand and analyze information, and identify opportunities. Responsible for analyzing complex data sets and collaborating internally to develop strategic insights regarding potential areas of focus. Socialize, ratify, and track efficiency commitments.
  • Serve as a single point of contact on the business side with all stakeholders regarding efficiency initiative financial information. Create expense-related content for executive presentations. Collaborate closely with Home Lending Finance support team.
  • Responsible for strategy and approach for isolation and tracking of expense reduction commitments across Service Provider group, with an objective to drive accountability and expense discipline.
  • Develop and operationalize clear and effective routines to monitor Home Lending expense allocations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • An individual with solid Finance foundation and deep understanding of indirect expense allocations across various lines of business
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated critical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and thought leadership.
  • Experience compiling and summarizing information in a compelling way that can be shared with senior leaders via executive-level presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to consistently influence and execute while balancing tactfulness and assertiveness.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working within large Financial Services companies and across various cross-functional groups.
