EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in network architecture, design, and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Cisco network devices and technologies.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale network solutions.
• Experience in developing and presenting architectural proposals to stakeholders.

SKILLS:

• Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV).
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Must have at least Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance, NV2 preferred.
• Must be an Australian Citizen
• Mon to Fri - office hours
