Our client’s practice continues to grow, and they are looking for an ambitious and talented Lead Senior Physiotherapist to join their team. The successful applicant will be part of a diverse role, consisting of clinical, managerial and mentorship time. The team are ambitious and committed to providing a superior experience of healthcare – part of the role is to inspire their progression and develop the team into future leaders.
Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to their patients, who are generally active, athletic people looking to both recover and prevent injury occurrence; as well as improve their athletic performance. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to design and implement services that put the company at the forefront of the profession.
You will be expected to liaise with sports teams, coaches and medical staff; as well as orthopaedic consultants and sports doctors to deliver excellent care pathways.
The Senior Physiotherapist will display a commercial awareness and understand that the clinic success and patient success both need to occur for a sustainable business.
