Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $86,900.00 - $233,010.00 / Year

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
• 8-10 years of proven, progressive experience as a product manager and a track record for delivering successful products.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
• Skills in breaking down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact.
• Experience working with emerging technologies, balancing experimentation and execution; leveraging data to drive decision making.
• The ability to inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging innovation and exploring new ways of doing things.
• Subject matter experience working in HCM/HR Tech is a definite plus.
