Responsibilities:

As a Senior Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing tasks throughout the SDLC for web applications, from documentation to developing test plans and analyzing results
  • Leading a team of QA and test automation engineers as part of a custom application development team
  • Performing technical risk assessments for new software, and contributing to decisions related to release readiness
  • Continuing to improve testing methodologies, test coverage, procedures and system capabilities of our large-scale, distributed test environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage internal product knowledge and expertise to improve system performance and qualit

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 8 years of relevant experience and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Have experience as a lead/mentor for quality and test engineers, and working with or directing test automation engineers
  • Have experience developing test plans for web applications which will verify releases and code updates
  • Be proficient while working from the command line in a Linux environment
  • Have experience with databases, SQL queries, and familiar with NoSQL databases
  • Have a passion for finding bugs, and for learning new tools and technologies
  • Have familiarity with identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) systems, particularly in a government or DoD environmen
