  At Novon - Data is Beautiful. We are currently searching for our next Data Solution Designer to join our team and support us in delivering projects that align to our focus areas of Data Advisory, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Science and Analytics, Data Migration and Data integration.
  We are currently looking for a senior / lead consultant to join our team permanently working at a Solution Designer level. This will be a senior position and will need to be able to lead projects and engage directly with our customers.

The idea candidate will have

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to engage and converse with both senior stakeholders and end users
• Having both a strategic and operational mindset highly desirable
• Extensive experience in delivering technical solutions from concept to completion
• Strong Microsoft Azure architecture & design skills
• Extensive experience designing and delivering data solutions
• Experience working with different data platforms including, Azure SQL Server / Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake / AWS Redshift / Google Big Query / Databricks, PowerBI / Tableau / Business Objects / etc
• Familiar with one or more of the following programming languages
• SQL (must have)
• Python (highly desirable)
• Microsoft PowerShell (highly desirable)
• Unix shell scripting
