Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Fair Lending Act (FLA) regulatory environments and understanding of performance measurement as it pertains to Mortgage Lending.

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant for the Community Lending Office. This team sets the overall community lending strategy for Home Lending, including goals and objectives, and monitor our Community Reinvestment Act and Fair Lending performance. It also partners with the Diverse Segments team to develop and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives (e.g., Special Purpose Credit Programs, product, marketing, distribution/Sales Staffing strategy) aimed at community lending and closing the diverse homeownership gap. In this role, you will:
- Lead, develop, and influence strategic initiatives to assist with Community Lending’s objectives.
- Assist in development and creation of reporting for business leadership and utilize data, analytics, and research capabilities to support diverse lending.
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including Home Lending leadership and Risk & Control partners.
- Partner closely with the Home Lending Diverse Segments team to ensure alignment with strategy.
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
- Manage internal messaging to business leadership and governance forums as well as external parties (regulators, media, etc.)
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
- Encourage and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Pay Range:
- New York City: pay range $144,400 to $300,000 Annually.
- Wilmington, DE: Pay range: $126,400 to $262,600 annually.
- Other Locations: Pay range $120,400 to $250,000 Annually.
