Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Sales Consultant within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions providing coverage of Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Global Treasury Management Sales objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Global Treasury Management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional
  • Lead Treasury Management Sales projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

San Francisco- Pay Range: $138,500-$287,600 Annually
New York- Pay Range: $138,500-$287,600 Annually
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
