Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Senior Leadership Consultant (Onsite) for our Federal Government client.
Tasks and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1: Analyze executive/manager leadership skills, strengths, and weaknesses within the talent
management process.
2: Develop leadership improvement programs.
3: Design, develop, and implement mentorship programs.
4: Conduct reviews and develop implementation strategies to include a “facilitated”
mentorship program and a sponsorship talent management system that provides
opportunities across classification but with a specific focus on women early in their careers.
5: Develop talent management and succession readiness strategies for all institutional positions.
6: Incorporate Gender-Based Analysis Plus into key functions concepts for succession
planning to ensure that Designated Groups are not directly and indirectly discriminated against.
