Would you like to be part of a successful ‘Learning and Organisational Development Team’?
This is an exciting new role that will see the post holder lead the optimisation of ESR/OLM, delivering and maintaining training and other learning resources and information by providing a high quality administrative and project support
The successful candidate will act as a lead specialist and expert for all ESR/OLM activity and ensure OLM is optimised alongside other HR digital systems
You will be responsible for the line management and supervision for the learning and OD administrative team
In addition, you will support the learning and OD teams in carrying out audits for key learning and training activities. Including, the production of bespoke data and contribute to reports and projects to support the L&OD wider portfolio.

Act as a lead specialist and expert for all ESR/OLM activity
Ensure ESR/OLM is maintained and optimised to its full potential
Input, analyse and report on training data, to regular and ad hoc timeframes
Analyse a variety of information and data to enable comprehensive and appropriate comparisons to be made. Undertake investigative work as required and challenge any data anomalies
Work closely with workforce information, to ensure OLM is optimised alongside other HR digital systems
Liaise with system users and user groups regarding fault management, information requests and new features of systems that will lead to leaner processes and effective working.
Participate as an active member of relevant regional groups to keep up to date, make recommendations and ensure that the development of OLM at organisational level is in line with best practice and new functionality.
To develop the capabilities and confidence of staff using ESR/OLM
Ensure that e-learning modules are set up appropriately within ESR e-learning and completions recorded accurately within OLM.
Support the Learning and OD teams in carrying out audits for key learning and training activities.
Produce bespoke data and contribute to reports and projects to support the portfolio of the wider Learning and OD teams.
Responsible for the line management and supervision for the Learning and OD administrative team, modelling a constructive and a solution focussed approach to problems.
Create training classes, take bookings, and send out joining instructions using the OLM system.
Train and support OLM training co-ordinators to book staff onto appropriate courses, in a way that maximises attendance and minimises impact on service delivery.
Proactively monitor course bookings, to optimise booking and attendance.
Maintain and update the Learning and OD team intranet.
Develop and maintain related documentation including training manuals and standard operating procedures.
Work with the Learning and OD department managers to record any expenditure, raise purchase orders and track invoices
