Energy Queensland is the group of electricity distribution, retail, and energy services businesses 100% owned by the state of Queensland. We deliver electricity across Queensland through our ‘poles and wires’ businesses Energex and Ergon Energy Network. Our retailer, Ergon Energy Retail sells this electricity to customers throughout regional Queensland. And these essential service activities are supported by a range of innovative products and services delivered through our Yurika brand.
Responsibilities:
We’re looking for an expert facilitator adept at designing and implementing a diverse array of leadership capability programs within large organisations to drive and create confident, capable and empowered individuals and leaders to achieve success.
Working out of Newstead you’ll join our Centre of Excellence team dedicated to developing and delivering HR strategies and initiatives to create our future fit workforce This includes frameworks, strategies, and program to build a diverse mix of capable and high-performing people ready and able deliver the best results for our customers and community.
This is a newly established role, offering you the chance to shape and define it according to your expertise. You’ll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in reshaping and redefining leadership practices and the programs that support our leaders within Energy Queensland.
We prioritise work-life balance, offering the flexibility to work from home and the office. Consideration to be applied when facilitating. To set you up for success we’ll provide you with a brand-new laptop and the lates iPhone.
Whilst the majority of the facilitation will be face-to face we’re cognisant that virtual and systems-based delivery will form part of the delivery model. You’ll facilitate across broader Brisbane and travel throughout the state as required. Whilst travelling across the state you’ll be eligible for working away from home allowances.
The remuneration for your new role is from $140k - $161k per annum plus 12.75% super for a 9-day fortnight and from $159k - $182k per annum plus 12.75% super for a 10-day fortnight. The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the Energy Queensland Union Collective Agreement 2020.
