As the Learning & Development (L&D) expert, you will be responsible for shaping our Flaconi internal essential and optional development solutions, from performance-related aspects to our Flaconi essentials and our Flaconi academy. This role will initially be for a 1-year contract, with the potential for a permanent extension. This position will cover maternity leave, ensuring the uninterrupted progress of our learning initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Together with our CHRO, you build the annual Training strategy & its respective budget
- You support our leadership in all L&D topics and own and drive every related project according to our learning & development strategy
- Moreover, you shape our flaconi academy, our people development format, and strengthen our learning culture by implementing new learning concepts, conventionalize and conduct own training formats
- You accompany and improve our performance management approach
- You are responsible for the administrative coordination of the L&D-related tasks and tools
- You determine the need for internal training and organize them internally with our external training providers
