dentolo is seeking a highly-experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth and development of our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, develop training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of dentolo.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent /Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required for this rol

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction with a focus on Learning & Development; Benefits; (Mental) Health; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Provide Guidance and support to managers on employee performance, career development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with managers, the People Team and the Management Team to design, implement and execute tailored employee development programs, including training, coaching and mentoring initiatives.
  • Revamp our dentolo career framework, establishing fair salary bands and ensuring a fair performance review and promotion process.
  • Manage the L&D team and provide guidance and support
  • Analyse employee data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving retention and development programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee retention and development, driving innovation in our strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee engagement and development.

Requirements
