In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs, develop training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of dentolo.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent /Organizational Development, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective learning programs
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods
• Experience with digital learning platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required for this rol

• Develop and implement employee retention strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction with a focus on Learning & Development; Benefits; (Mental) Health; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Provide Guidance and support to managers on employee performance, career development, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with managers, the People Team and the Management Team to design, implement and execute tailored employee development programs, including training, coaching and mentoring initiatives.
• Revamp our dentolo career framework, establishing fair salary bands and ensuring a fair performance review and promotion process.
• Manage the L&D team and provide guidance and support
• Analyse employee data and metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving retention and development programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee retention and development, driving innovation in our strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee engagement and development.
