Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + develop, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute learning programs that meet our studios diverse learning needs.
- Conduct needs assessments, establish clear objectives, and evaluation metrics.
- Collaborate with the Manager L+D, leadership, and stakeholders to align educational efforts with business objectives and studio vision.
- Turner Fleischer’s (TF) Academy is our studio-wide flagship learning program based on a university structure. Design, develop, and execute the TF Academy Program.
- Lead the planning and execution of studio-wide events such as TF Academy launches.
- Support internal and external instructors in developing and delivering learning material that meets the L+D programs’ goals.
- Evaluate and refine learning processes and tools to elevate the learning experience.
- Adopt emerging trends and best practices to ensure impactful learning outcomes.
