Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an internationally recognised basic scientist in the field of reproductive medicine. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in research and teaching in the field of reproductive science or medicine.
We are seeking applicants with an internationally leading research profile and a strong record of successful collaborations with clinicians/scientists in the field of reproductive medicine. Furthermore, evidence of outstanding mentorship and research supervision is essential.
The appointee will make a critical contribution to shaping research in the Division of Clinical Medicine within the School of Medicine and Population Health at the University of Sheffield. The role will encompass research, teaching and leadership.
You will join a vibrant, dynamic and collaborative School that benefits from excellent research facilities and has strong collaborative research programmes as well as critically acclaimed teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. As well as taking a leading role in the delivery of our teaching programmes, you will be expected to develop a highly successful and independent research programme that complements one of our existing strengths in Reproductive and Developmental Medicine.

We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
