Corporate Commercial and M&A – a very collaborative team
Joining Group Legal at our HQ in Humlebæk, you will become part of the Corporate Commercial and M&A team. Here, you will be met by a diverse group of colleagues, around 20 in total within the team and around 80 across Group Legal, IP & Business Ethics – all working together across different parts of the world.
Moreover, you will become part of a community of peers working with privacy within Coloplast. Likewise, you can look forward to collaborating with colleagues from various backgrounds when you participate in project teams of all sizes and constellations.

Become the legislative expert on data, AI and privacy
In this role, you will become a trusted business partner and advisor to all of Coloplast’s Business Units with regard to data, AI and privacy.
Staying abreast of the regulations within your area, you collaborate with stakeholders on both day-to-day operations while also participating as the subject matter expert in a wide range of strategic projects with a global outreach.
Doing so, you ensure that legal considerations are integrated into all decisions around Coloplast’s digital offerings and aligned with business objectives. Moreover, you will:
Provide advice on all legal aspects of data, AI and privacy, including the use of data collected in most of the world, digital matters, IT and software development
Identify opportunities for commercial data utilisation
Lead and coordinate legal workstreams relating to Coloplast’s digital offerings
Maximise commercial opportunities while ensuring compliance with relevant rules
GDPR experience and a solid commercial understanding
You have extensive experience in privacy (GDPR) regulation and are poised to elevate your expertise into the legal realm of AI and the use of data in a broader sense. Your solid communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build trust across all organisational levels, and you know how to handle complex projects with several stakeholders.
Moreover, you are known for your sound commercial understanding as well as your ability to balance legal risks with business needs.

WE ALSO IMAGINE THAT YOU:

Bring a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or Master of Business Law (cand.merc.jur.)
Have several years of experience within your field, including 2+ years of experience as in-house legal counsel in an international organisation
Have several years of in-depth experience working with GDPR
Have experience in advising in digital offerings
Are able to effectively communicate complicated laws, rules and regulations to a diversified group of stakeholders
Bring significant knowledge of regulation relating to the use of data in a broad perspective
Speak and write Danish and English effortlessly
