Description:
You will be joining a market leading global asset management firm as a Legal Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in funds management and based in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, marketing collateral and assisting with policy reviews and training materials
- Working closely with the Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance and other functional heads
- Providing accurate and timely legal advice concerning the business’s investment management activities, regulatory affairs, corporate transactions, litigation, investigations, corporate administration, business operations and governance matters
