We are continuing to grow and our Group Legal function plays an important role in supporting this growth through the provision of high quality legal counsel and corporate advice across each of our divisions and geographical regions.

In this role, you will provide commercial and strategic advice on a broad range of matters impacting IDP’s global operations. This includes drafting and advising on commercial contracts, advising on data and privacy issues, consumer and competition law, dispute resolution and managing external counsel in our various international locations. You will also support the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary on corporate governance issues and will lead other strategic projects. In a nutshell, your role will include;

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Providing legal advice on legal issues including competition and consumer law, IP, technology and employment
  • Providing legal advice on privacy and data security across IDP’s global business.
  • Providing legal advice on corporate governance issues.
  • Managing disputes in conjunction with external counsel
  • Participating in innovation and continuous improvement of processes to improve the way IDP operates
