ABOUT THE JOB

We’re now looking for a Senior Legal Counsel supporting our ops, commercial and product teams on a broad range of topics and who has a passion and robust experience from dealing with data protection and technology matters. The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Kry Livi legal function operates across a wide range of legal disciplines as well as jurisdictions and plays a key role as a partner to all teams with a focus on product development, operations, and commercial projects. Beyond your legal expertise, you should also be able to innovate, solve problems and proactively look for solutions in our challenging mission to revolutionise healthcare within Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the senior stakeholders in our operational, commercial and product teams in the Nordics on strategic as well as day-to-day legal matters, including with new products and services, processes, contracts, partnerships, campaigns and supply chains.
  • Review product designs, data flows, and processes and help balancing risks.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts.
  • Help managing external requests, complaints and inquiries and building relationships with regulators and other external stakeholders, primarily within data protection.
  • Help building efficient and scalable processes to meet legal and regulatory requirements and drafting policies and guidelines to help teams proactively design and build requirements into products and processes; and
  • Help educate and train employees on key legal topics such as regulatory requirements.
