Description:
You will be joining a market leading medical technology company based in Sydney as a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on technology focused work within an established, developing and dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts including sales, service, procurement, lease and IT agreements
- Working closely with various teams within the business to provide strategic advice on a wide range of issues including compliance, employment, intellectual property, privacy, competition and consumer law matters
- Providing support in connection with proposed business acquisitions including managing due diligence materials and negotiating transaction documents
- Drafting policies, reports and training materials in response to legislative changes and business requirements
- Exposure to and support for the group’s company secretary, risk management and sustainability functions
