Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its highly regarded in-house legal team.

This is a broad commercial role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing practical legal advice on matters including:

• Commercial contracts and procurement

• Governance and regulatory issues

• Strategic projects and organisational initiatives

• Property, disputes and broader commercial matters

• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the ongoing development of the legal function

Commercial contracting sits at the core of the role, but the work is genuinely broad. You'll enjoy the variety that comes from working within a sophisticated legal team that is closely involved in business decision-making.

We're seeking an experienced commercial lawyer (approximately 8+ years' PAE) from private practice, in-house, or a combination of both. Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.
