We also provide a suite of corporate and professional services designed to extend the capability of our customers and create benefits for people and the community. These include digital and data, legal, accounting, recruitment, animation and film production, marketing and communication, and travel.
Eternus is now seeking an experienced property or property and commercial lawyer to join our internal legal team, initially on a part-time basis.

• sales and acquisitions (due diligence, contracts, title searches, environmental assessments and compliance checks)
• residential and commercial property developments, including NDIS shared disability accommodation projects
• leasing and infrastructure projects, as well as associated financing and deal structuring
• land use, zoning and regulatory compliance
• general property matters including easements, titling and P&E matters
