They are seeking a Senior Legal Officer to strengthen their team.

• Analyzing and commenting on contracts to ensure compliance and negotiating terms with the concerned parties.
• Drafting statutes, partnership agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinating the creation of new entities and managing liquidation processes in accordance with legal and fiscal obligations.
• Performing KYC checks for onboarding new clients and maintaining compliant records according to regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing all legal aspects of client entities’ operations and responding to clients’ legal queries.
• Maintaining professional relationships with clients and collaborating with law firms, banks, agents, notaries, and tax authorities.
