    We are seeking an experienced Senior Level 3 Technical Engineer to join and oversee our ever-expanding Managed Services Team.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience with RMM Administration
  • Voip System implementation and management
  • Enterprise backup and disaster recovery configuration
  • Microsoft Server, Microsoft Windows & Azure\365 implementation, management and support.
  • Enterprise AV\Anti-Malware systems implementation and management
  • Remote customer support experience and over the phone issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

You will be joining and overseeing a team of motivated, skilled technicians to provide a high level of support to our client base who are spread up and down the coast. This position will mostly encompass providing support and management which travel (1-3 hours) will be required.

  • Desirable personal attributes include working cohesively within a fast-paced team, as well as the ability to manage your own workload whilst meeting the needs of clients in an ever-changing IT landscape.
  • Successful applicants will be highly motivated with an analytical approach to problem solving. Staying up to date with the latest technologies through ongoing study is a requirement of this position.
  • Additional support will be provided to successful applicants to assist with relocation to the area where required.
