SENIOR LEVEL COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

Position Overview
Cromwell AE GmbH is seeking a Senior Level Commissioning Engineer for our Landstuhl Germany office location. Candidates should have good communication and organizational skills. Experience with HVAC building automation controls and electrical systems is emphasized and makes a candidate highly competitive. The candidates should have experience with facility management/maintenance, building construction, HVAC system operation, and/or building design processes.

Job Functions & Responsibilities
The Commissioning Agent leads a commissioning team to verify the building systems are designed, constructed, and operate to meet the Owner’s operational needs and the Engineer’s design intent. Commissioning Agent will frequently interact with the owner, owner’s representatives, construction teams, and design teams to meet the goals and fulfill the commissioning duties and responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2-year degree in Engineering / Construction Management related field.
• 5+ year industry experience in one of the following areas: HVAC Design, Test, Adjustment, Balance, HVAC Controls, or Commissioning
• Excellent in interacting with owner, contractor, and design team in a professional manner
• Proficient in using technology and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and online/mobile commissioning software.

Travel Opportunity
