undertake detailed analysis of applications for energy licences based on relevant legislation

  • prepare and deliver detailed briefings and recommendations for executive staff and commissioners
  • provide technical advice and leadership to team members and across the division as appropriate
  • manage and implement strategic projects and reforms, including implementation of regulatory sandboxing legislation and trial waiver scheme.
  • The Senior Licensing and Regulatory Advisor is responsible for:
  • undertaking detailed analysis of applications for energy licences based on relevant legislation
  • preparing and delivering detailed briefings and recommendations for executive staff and commissioners
  • providing technical advice and regulatory expertise to team members, and across the division as required
