REQUIREMENTS

• Manage the business pipeline from initiation to completion, handling tasks related to pensions, investments, and protection policies.
• Interact daily with major Life Insurance Companies in Ireland, ensuring smooth communication between Account Managers and Financial Advisors.
• Oversee the processing of new business applications in pension, investments, and life assurance, liaising directly with Life Assurance companies to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone and email, providing updates on the status of their applications.
• Take charge of all aspects concerning the corporate client book, including delivering quarterly updates to clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as Anti Money Laundering requirements and Consumer Protection Code requirements.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors as needed

SKILLS REQUIRED

• QFA qualified (or almost complete)
• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering requirements and compliance procedures
• Collaborative team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize queries effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational proficiency
• Flexibility in handling day-to-day responsibilities
