Job Title: Senior Loans Asset Manager - Client based
Location: London, UK
CBRE is seeking an experienced Loans Asset Manager to join our London team. This role is client based, and offers the opportunity to oversee the asset management of a pan European commercial real estate mixed loan portfolio for a premier global private equity firm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and assessing loan performance
- Re-underwriting of loans
- Preparing quarterly and annual asset reviews
- Liaising with facility agent on reporting and other asset management related queries
- Analysing development budgets against actual costs
- Managing property and tenant level data
- Participating in client meetings and presenting to stakeholders
- Maintaining integrity of loan information within the loan asset management system
Desired qualifications:
- 4-5 years’ experience in UK & European real estate finance sector
- Debt due diligence and transaction management expertise
- Familiarity with LMA structured finance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and cashflow modelling
- Proven experience in reading and understanding relevant legal documentation
- Understanding of borrower or sponsor level information
- Excellent time management, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in European languages will be an added advantage
