Senior Logistics Supervisor (Regional) / Retail MNC / Central

Our Client is Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior Logistics Supervisor to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities

• Collect monthly outbound and return forecasts, ensuring efficient planning.
• Monitor on-time delivery for both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage regional transfer actions (exports and imports) within the company.
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and import/export processes by understanding the latest trading laws and regulations.
• Track and manage the production and delivery status of sales samples and uniforms to meet planned delivery dates.
• Report and provide insights to stakeholders on potential inventory excesses or shortages.
• Propose and draw up logistics simulation plans (e.g., increasing domestic delivery frequency in Singapore, shortening delivery times for e-commerce products) to contribute to business growth.
• Develop, control, and manage the logistics flow specific to the company, including warehouse management, receiving, order processing, shipping, returns, and post-return operations.
• Monitor operations and collaborate with logistics providers to drive continuous improvement and achieve KPI targets.
• Oversee disposal processes, ensuring timely completion by distribution centers.
• Assist in executing contracts with logistics partners related to company matters.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given.

Requirement

• Min degree in logistics supply chain
• Min 4 years with supervisory experience in retail industry
• SEA regional experience
• Experience in MS Office
• Knowledge in trading laws and regulations of SEA countries
