QUALIFICATIONS::

• Proven expertise in Machine Learning and Data Science, preferably in a fintech environment
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning frameworks and SQL (ideally with experience with Typescript)
• Knowledge of deep learning models, especially in NLP, large language models, LLM agents or other generative AI technologies.
• Experience in engineering production services (ideally aligned with our tech stack)
• Proven ability to work in and contribute to cross-functional product teams.
• Team player who brings passion and enthusiasm to every project
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, data science, or a related field.

THE SENIOR MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER ROLE::

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Ageras, you’ll play a vital role in integrating our AI vision into our fintech solutions to provide automation and advisor insights .
You will be a key individual contributor within a newly formed squad responsible for developing services and models to deliver AI features that are aligned to our Activity Centre domain. Our Activity Centre is a green fields initiative dedicated to reshaping how our customers interact with the financial side of their business by supercharging our notifications and chat with AI.
You’ll collaborate closely with Full Stack Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and report to an Engineering Manager, contributing to the squad’s success through your technical expertise and hands-on approach ensuring that our customers gain helpful insights and automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::

• Building: Develop and deploy models and services that support the financial aspects of our customers business such as AI automation and advisor insights
• Fine Tuning: Train and evaluate model performance, implementing data quality metrics.
• Provide ML Expertise: Leverage your Data Science / Machine Learning expertise.
• Review: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Development Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers to ensure seamless machine learning integration in Notifications & Chat.
• Maintenance: Collaborate with Infra to maintain & troubleshoot production ML services
• Innovation: Stay ahead of the latest advancements in fintech and AI, constantly challenging yourself and your colleagues.
• Hybrid working: Working 3 days a week in the Copenhagen Office with a mix of remote and in office team members
