Description:

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading PLC business who are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their facility near Mansfield.
Salary: £52,500 + bonus
Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (rotation of days/nights)

Duties of the Senior Maintenance Engineer will include:

  • Provide support to the Engineering Team and deputise for the Engineering Shift Manager
  • Deliver site-based maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure uptime and availability of the installed automated equipment on site
  • Carrying out maintenance and servicing automated equipment
  • Deliver training/coaching to the Team

We would like to speak with Senior Maintenance Engineers with the following:

  • Engineering Apprenticeship, ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification
  • Working with automated material handling systems
  • Experienced Team Leader/Manager
  • A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of control systems and techniques
  • Ability to work in a time critical environment
