So, what’s the job?
This is a high visibility role directly reporting to the CFO, Australia and New Zealand supporting the business on commercial finance and FP&A activities
You’ll be controlling the annual budgets and in-year forecasts for the regions and work with the CFO and business leaders on evaluation of new partners, portfolio optimisation and establishing / validating business cases
Prepare and review month end performance results, delivering quality and insightful commentary on business drivers and variance analysis
You’ll work with the Sales & Distribution team and New Markets team to establish commercial business cases for new partnerships and commercial review of existing contracts
You’ll have the opportunity to influence the business on our cost-to-serve and cost-to-acquire model
You’ll get to drive continuous improvements to current FP&A activities
You’ll be reporting on KPI’s for key business drivers and metrics to monitor performance and trends
You’ll support the business through consolidated analytics, insights, gap analysis and commentary for management reporting to support the delivery of business targets and initiatives

And what are we looking for?

• You’ll have prior experience working as a Senior Management Accountant
• You’ll be CA/CPA qualified
• You’ll have demonstrated experience with the full P&L cycle (month end, reporting, budgeting and forecasting)
• Prior experience with Anaplan will be beneficial
• You’ll be future focussed with robust analysis and forecasting skills to help you provide business insights that go beyond reporting
• You’ll have strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial aspects in a way that can be understood by internal stakeholders across the business
• You’ll bring strong analysis, problem solving and presentation skills with outstanding attention to detail
