QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or management role.

KNOWLEDGE

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis tools.

SKILLS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Senior Management Accountant will report directly to the General Manager and be a valued part of our leadership team. With two direct reports based at our Welshpool office, the Senior Management Accountant will offer mentorship and support to the finance team.
