Microsoft Modern Workplace - Senior Management Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Management Consultant to join our Modern Workplace dynamic team*

  • Please note we are seeking candidates for general onboarding /Talent Pooling for our consulting bench.

As a Senior Management Consultant, you will take the lead in understanding client needs and provide strategic recommendations on various spheres of business, including organizational strategy, processes, financials, business transformation and digital/innovation capabilities.

  • Develop executive level presentations that convey technical, operational, and financial information in a concise and easily understandable manner.
  • Interface with leaders across the firm and work through tough and complex issues.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support various programs and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Provide client-driven, value-added management consulting services to a portfolio of diverse programs and projects.
  • Shape and define consulting projects with leadership team and various stakeholders through the development of detailed, timely strategic planning and consulting assignments, including the preparation of planning materials, work plans, reports, briefing notes, and presentations, as required.
  • Develop detailed plans and recommend policies/procedures to improve operational and technology delivery.
  • Provide innovative solutions to identify approaches, concepts, and methods of analyzing complex issues as required.
  • Research and conduct analysis and bring conclusions forward to the client/stakeholders, for strategic discussions.
  • Research, reviews and reports on existing and new technology management tools and methodologies and advise clients on emerging management techniques and other applied concepts and their applicability to their institution

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in End User strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or the equivalent
  • Expert understanding of Microsoft Modern Workplace and related End User technologies and processes (deployments and implementation).
  • Experience with deployment of Microsoft modern workplace technologies: Microsoft 365 services including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), Teams and Azure
  • Experience with data (endpoint) security in the implementation of cybersecurity practices choosing cloud applications with multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Proficiency with SharePoint as well as Power BI, Power Automate in providing Business Intelligence.
  • Financial modeling skills and experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft End User management consulting, strategic planning or business analysis in the information and communication technology sector, digital industry, public sector, or non-profit organizations
  • Expertise in managing all aspects of transformational enterprise-wide Technology projects in complex environments (including budget & timeline management, scope management, timely decision making, critical path identification, business transformation, data transformation/migration, user experience optimization, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in providing strategic advice, adapting communications to a variety of audiences and ability to perform in high demand environment and capacity to work on competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of research methods, techniques, and resources with advanced attention to detail and analytical skills to research and review materials and provide relevant input and reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, cooperative, and team-building skills, as well as planning, organizational and time management skills with ability to effectively balance a variety of stakeholder interests.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective consulting, working relationships and a high level of trust with senior leaders, clients, and vendors, using a strong customer service orientation
