The Senior Manager AML Governance and Improvement will champion operational enhancements through data-driven insights by providing day to day management of a programme of deliverables to uplift compliance strategies. Organise the development and implementation of AML driven strategies and initiatives to strengthen compliance efforts. Review internal and external audits. Aid with the design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
To be successful you will have proven experience in business process improvement, project management and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and driving change within a business. Being familiar with business process mapping and the ability to handle projects simultaneously.
